How
do you make your clothing?
All our
clothing is built from the ground up, using
quality American materials. The fabric
printing process we use is called
"dye sublimation", This process
actually dyes the garment fibers, rather
than just printing on them. Which means you
get better looking gear that won't fade,
flake or bleed and leaves the
integrity and feel of the fabric intact.

What
is dye sublimation?
Dye
sublimation is an amazing process. We use
traditional screening methods (serigraphy)
to create large sheets of imprinted paper
impregnated with sublimation dyes. These
large format prints are the reverse image of
your design. The sublimation dyes are
comprised of minute dye "capsules"
suspended in a printable base. When the dyes
on the paper are coupled with the blank cut
panels of your unsown suit, they are
subjected to high temperature and pressure
on a large format heat press. At high
temperature, the dyes super charge into a
gas and instantly transfer to the fabric,
leaving a permanent and vivid image.

What
are your prices?
Our prices
can be found on the pricing
page.
Oddly, a lot of people
ask us why our prices are so low
and others ask us why they are so
high!
Our prices
are phenomenal when you consider the
quality, creativity and uniqueness of the
clothing we create for our clients.
On the other
hand, if your club has a restricted budget,
our prices will be higher than you are used
to paying. We don't make cheep price driven
clothing but other companies do that and do
it well. Call us and we will be happy to
provide some names.
