IMPORTANT

You will need to be certain to meet all of the due dates because not doing so could delay your shipment and delivery date.

By following these simple steps you will create a totally unique look for your club, team or school in High Performance Cycling  Apparel.

Deposit      An initial deposit of $100 will hold your delivery date. Then a deposit of 50% of the estimated order cost is required to begin the design process or production. We cannot begin without it. The balance is due C.O.D. with a certified check or money order when your garments are delivered, or it can be pre-paid with a Visa or Mastercard.

Custom Order Form.      Fill out and sign the Custom Order Form and make a copy of it for your records. It is vital that you read and follow all the directions carefully, because if something isn't complete it slows down the whole process. Then you'll have to deal with your club wondering why the jerseys aren't ready yet.

Artwork      Because our printing process is exact, it is very important to give us the cleanest, clearest artwork you can. When you've gathered clean, reproducible copies of your logos or Vector files on a computer disk (Zip or floppy) place them in the envelope marked "Sponsors and Logos." Mark on the envelope which logo where. Please be specific and exact.

If you are submitting your artwork via computer, we accept files in Adobe Illustrator 8.0 or less in EPS format. All artwork and logos need to be in a VECTOR image that can be trapped. If they are not in this format our artists can trace the logos for you at our stated art hour fee. Please refer to the DIGITAL ARTWORK GUIDELINES insert for more information on this process.

Design      It is vital that your design, color and logo placement are as accurate as possible. Logo position is up to you as long as it fits within our technical guidelines on the templates.

Drawing your design in color is important because it helps you see how the colors look when they are side by side. For a list of the colors we have available, please refer to your Custom Order Form. You can also pick a special color mix for an additional fee. You need to be aware of the fact that while our printing process is exact, there may be minor variances from garment to garment. This occurs because heat, humidity, and material content which is beyond our control.

Approval      When the art is complete we will send you a color proof for final approval before production begins. Unfortunately, the printing process does not afford us the luxury of showing you a printed fabric sample for your approval. So it is very important that you carefully check the proof. It is very important that your final proof be signed 4 weeks prior to your delivery date.

Changes and Revisions      Making revisions can mean changing the price and possibly forfeiting your delivery date. All changes must be made in writing along with an updated sketch.

Sizing      Because the same artwork is used for all sizes of garments, logos must be sized to fit the smallest garment you order. That means that basic spacing between logos will stay consistent from jersey to jersey. However, the spacing between the logos and the seams will vary depending on the garment size. Also, diagonal and horizontal stripes may be difficult to match depending on garment sizes.

Cost      It is a good idea to figure out your rough costs to make sure they fit your club's budget before moving on. There are some basic charges included in any custom order.

Identical Fronts and Backs and Long Sleeves      This is the most cost-effective way to produce your jersey. The exact artwork is used for both sides of the garment with no sizing or positioning changes. The only difference is that the shoulder and the side panel copy is omitted from the back side. However, it is no problem if you want non-identical fronts and backs, it just costs a bit more.

Long sleeve art is required when you order long-sleeve jerseys and jackets. While it is cheaper to make the sleeves identical, as with the fronts and backs, we can produce two different sleeve designs for a modest up-charge.

Side Panels and Pockets      The artwork for jersey side panels and pockets do not fit on skinsuits. So if you want side panels on your skinsuits they can be created, but it does raise the price a bit. Another option is to put the side panel logo on the skinsuit shorts.
Because skinsuits do not have pockets or side panels. It may be necessary to repeat these logos elsewhere with additional set up and art cost.

The Aussie Logo      The standard Aussie Logo placement is on the upper left chest and rear pocket and appears on all garments.

Our Guarantee      All Aussie Racing Apparel garments are manufactured and assembled in the United States using only top quality materials and craftsmanship. We guarantee against material and labor defects for one full year from the date of your purchase.
